Indienne New York is located on the second floor of Henry Hall in Hudson Yards.

Rooted in the regional diversity of the Indian subcontinent, Indienne is a progressive Indian fine dining restaurant inspired by the idea of cultural dialogue. Through a contemporary tasting menu format, the dining experience explores identity, memory, and craftsmanship by blending classical Indian flavors with refined European technique.

Originally from Kolkata, Chef Sujan Sarkar has become one of the leading voices shaping contemporary Indian cuisine in America today. Drawing on a global career that includes time in some of London’s most acclaimed Michelin-starred kitchens, Sarkar approaches Indian cuisine with both cultural understanding and a globally informed perspective. Across his growing collection of restaurants, his work explores the depth and regional diversity of the Indian subcontinent while reimagining how Indian cuisine can exist within the modern fine dining landscape.

We offer three seasonal 9-course tasting menus: Non-Vegetarian, Vegetarian, and Vegan.

Indienne in Chicago earned its first Michelin star in 2023 and has retained the distinction each year since. Our team looks forward to guiding guests through a dining experience that balances artistry with warmth, generosity, and thoughtful hospitality.
